Product information and prices
Review descriptions, measurements, compatibility and care information before purchasing. Ask us about any detail that matters to your intended use. Display colours may differ between devices, but goods must match their agreed description. The currency and order total, including applicable delivery charges and taxes collected by us, are shown before payment.
Orders and payment
Add items to your bag and review the checkout information before placing an order. Use a payment method offered at checkout. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt of the request; acceptance is communicated separately. If an item is unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled, we will inform you and return any amount paid as required by law. Material price errors will be explained rather than silently charged.
Delivery and returns
Worldwide shipping is subject to coverage, with estimated transit of 5–12 calendar days after dispatch. Return requests are accepted within 30 calendar days after receipt. See Shipping & delivery and Returns & refunds for the full terms.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep account details accurate and passwords confidential. Do not access other accounts, introduce malicious code, misuse payment information or interfere with the service. Contact us if you suspect unauthorised account activity.

Site content is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Personal shopping use and other uses permitted by law are allowed. External links lead to services with their own terms and privacy practices.
Your rights and our responsibilities
Nothing here excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. Goods must conform to the contract. Technical interruptions or content errors do not remove your legal remedies. Applicable mandatory consumer law takes precedence.
Questions and changes
Contact [email protected] with concerns about an order. You retain access to courts, regulators and other remedies under applicable law. Updated terms apply prospectively and do not remove rights attached to an existing purchase.
Processing, cancellations and refunds
Paid orders are dispatched within 3 calendar days, followed by estimated delivery of 5–12 calendar days. Cancel before dispatch for a full refund. Return requests are accepted within 30 calendar days of receipt. We inspect received returns and initiate eligible refunds within 5 working days.
