Dispatch: within 3 calendar days after successful payment.
Delivery: estimated 5–12 calendar days after dispatch, worldwide subject to coverage.
Returns: request within 30 calendar days of receipt and send back within 14 calendar days after receiving return instructions.
Refund processing: inspection and eligible refund initiation within 5 working days after we receive the return.

We deliver worldwide, subject to carrier coverage. Estimated transit is 5–12 calendar days after dispatch. Processing time is separate; customs and carrier delays may affect arrival. Delivery charges are displayed before payment.
30-day returns
Request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery. Remove pet hair and pack the item with its supplied accessories for a change-of-mind return. Contact [email protected] for instructions and the correct return address.
